I maintain this site on my own, and reader messages are the main reason it stays accurate. Codes expire without notice and trade values shift after every update, so if something on the site does not match what you are seeing in-game, telling me is genuinely the fastest way to get it fixed — often the same day. I read every message myself and reply within about 48 hours from Sydney, Australia. There is no ticket system and no bot on the other end.

What to include

• For codes: code text, reward, result, and the date you tested it.
• For values: dumpling name, normal or mutated status, trade example, and screenshot if available.
• For trading guide fixes: the exact page section and what changed in the live game.

How I verify what you send

I do not change a page off a single message, and I will be straight about the method rather than implying more than it is. For codes, I re-check the independent public code trackers: a code stays listed here only while at least two of them still carry it, and it comes off when they drop it. I am not redeeming codes in-game on your behalf, so if one fails for you it is worth trying a fresh server and checking the spelling first, since codes are case-sensitive.

Value corrections work differently, because there is no external source to appeal to. Nobody publishes trade data for this game, so a value is our judgement, and a concrete counter-example is the fastest way to change it. If a report checks out, the change goes live with an updated date. If it does not, I will usually write back and say why rather than quietly leaving the number as it was.

What I cannot do

This is not an official support channel. I cannot restore Roblox accounts, grant dumplings, reverse trades, refund anything, or change the live game — Trade Squishy Dumplings is an independent fan tool, not the game, and I have no access to your account or to SGR Studios’ systems. For account, purchase, or moderation problems, Roblox support is the only place that can actually help.
